Simon and his team (including George) went out of their way, both before, and after, I appointed them. Their initial proposal was generous, and was the best of the three agents I initially spoke with. They assisted with arranging tradesmen and other helpers to get the property ready for sale. Simon called immediately after every open inspection to give an update, and then again two days later after he had spoken with the parties, and he then also followed through with a written analysis. We were fortunate that we had really amazing editorial coverage (I know that sometimes this is just lucky), but his team really put this together. Overall, I have no criticism whatsoever about the campaign, and their contribution. Whilst we did not achieve as high a result as we had all expected, and hoped for, I have no issue that this was in any way through the lack of efforts of Simon and his team. If I had another real estate transaction in this area, I would use Simon and his team without a doubt. The most professional group I have used in my many recent years of property transactions.
