Two years ago we decided to downsize and sell our home in Hunters Hill. We spoke with several agents about this, but thought it was all too stressful at the time. A year ago we put down a deposit on a home in a new development due to be completed this year,so action had to be taken to sell now. We made contact with Simon & George at Belle in Hunters Hill & signed up with them late September after detailed discussions on marketing and all aspects of the sale. In a short time it was all action, the stylist. photographer came in and did their bit, the for sale sign appeared and on 7th October our home appeared in the press and online. The first open house was on the 10th October with the last scheduled for 07 November which also was the scheduled auction day. In the second week of open house we had a good offer and with Simon and George putting their negotiating skills into action we achieved getting the price we wanted and contracts were exchanged on the 23 rd of October 2015. It was a great result for us and a great job done by Simon, George and all the Belle Property Team in the Hunters Hill office For us it was a great experience and result. All we had to do was keep the house and garden tidy, leaving all the hard work and stress with the Belle Team. The timing was perfect as we will do the settlement on both properties on the 19th December and although we will miss Hunters Hill, we look forward to a new life on the Northern Beaches in our new smaller home.
