I had questions about the pool and the cost required to get it up to standard and it was answered promptly by Nicola. Simon has a pleasant manner and is not pushy....he was honest and gave honest feedback, which was appreciated.

Our experience with the Belle Property agents and staff has been good. They have been pleasant, understanding and helpful and worked hard to get a good sale for us. However, the Agent's insistence on having the property styled prior to putting it on the market, and our agreement to that at our ages (75 and 78 yo) was stupid. The preparation for styling was hard work, invasive, as well as a lengthy process and time consuming. The staff were generally sensitive but sometimes a bit bossy when they were running out of time. It involved several different periods of packing up and ended up in us losing access to our own comfortable furniture, access to our scanning and printing equipment, own cook books and being surrounded by their cook, interior design and travel books, instead of books we often referred to over the 10 years we have lived here. In addition our so-called "clutter" was not only replaced by those, but also a dirty rough surfaced chopping board and another one, which was clean and smooth plus small containers of uncooked food in the kitchen and pool cabana. Glasses (4) and water bottles (2), as well as 8 cushions were supplied for outside areas, but all required bringing in during rain and put out again for viewing periods. An additional 31 cushions (over my objections), 4 pillows and 6 very large bed lamps were added to the bed rooms and living areas while our reading lamps and two simple standing lamps were packed up and removed and two used elsewhere. Our bedroom was not to be styled, yet was. This affected our continued use of our bedside cupboards. The lamps on them were not only too large, but also too bright. Our sleep patterns were interfered with when we didn't use them at exactly the same times.
