We decided to sell our property in Sydney whilst travelling overseas indefinitely. We chose Simon and Sydneylinks because they were our managing agents for our property. From a practical perspective this was just common sense and made for easy access and communication with our tenants during the sale process. We could not have been happier with our decision - especially since we were communicating with an 8-9 hour time difference - covering Spain, Cyprus and by the time of sale - Turkey!
