Simon was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He was cheerful at all times and answered all our questions. More negotiation at the beginning would have been helpful, but other than that the process has been very smooth and we are very happy with the final outcome.

Many things went wrong, the delay to have the house, the delay of the contract for sale, the vendor passed away, waiting for new contracts, the lawyer being two hours drive away, these made the sale very difficult. These were nothing to do with the agent. The agent was always positive and hard working, and informative.
