Simon made this whole experience seamless I met Simon quite by accident looking at a property he was selling turned out it was perfect for us but I had a home to sell !!!!! From that point on there was nothing he wasn’t willing to do to support us being able to get our dream home in truth I initially was so impressed with his professionalism his knowledge of the market I just thought the best thing that came out of looking at the house was meeting Simon I knew I’d met someone authentic no bull but so confident in his ability with good reason!!!!!! Simon seemed to work very hard on what we thought was probably a lost cause. It was a big surprise when he contacted us with the news of the sale of our home. He did very well.
