You can’t even really compare Simon to other agents – he is truly in a league of his own. From the moment he first came to look at our property we could see he had a knowledge of the area and the market that was well beyond anything we’d seen from any other agents we’d spoken with. And despite being so skilled and knowledgeable in his role he was also always approachable and put us completely at ease dealing with him. Importantly, he was realistic with his price estimate and confidently advised us about what type of marketing strategy would be most effective.
