Fair and personable service

Without a long history of purchasing properties, this is hard to judge. In the end, they represent the needs of the client (the person selling the house) rather than the needs of both parties. I found Simon and the team personable and sincere. The way the final inspection process was handled was less welcome and rushed. They were obliging with my request for a second viewing for my son which was most appreciated. On the final hand over, they gifted me some wine which was nice. All my communications were responded to in a timely fashion. I would be happy to recommend this agent once they address some of the issues regarding final inspections.
