This was my first home purchase and I could not have picked a more joyful real estate partner to buy with. Simon, Paula and Ellie were fantastically responsive (the Whatsapp group chat has developed into more than just a portal for info), and when I finally collected my keys just a few weeks after my offer was accepted, the experience was so wonderful. From the be-ribboned front door to the thoughtfully curated hamper on the kitchen bench, I can't recommend Simon and Paula highly enough.

I honestly cannot recommend Simon and his team (especially Paula!) higher!! Simon is extremely personable from the get go, making an effort to get to know the seller, any tenants and prospective buyers that brings everyone along on the same journey. Leave him to work his magic - he's an absolute magician when it comes to negotiations (a top top top operator whom really impressed me). It was the first time I'd bought a house in quite a few years, he was helpful during the negotiation process, came good on his promises, good communication from both himself & Paula. Was very attentive between offer and settlement too! Nice touches along the way & at settlement too!
