We wish that we had listed with Simon when the property was first marketed as we feel that the property would have sold earlier, Unfortunately when Simon listed the property had become stale and the interest shown less active. However, Simon did come through in the end. Thanks

Simon and Madeline came to our first meeting fully prepared. They had done their homework and were ready to suggest a selling price and were able to negotiate costs and their commission. As Simon was going on holiday he ensured Madeline was fully informed so she could act on his behalf while away.
