Simon was a pleasure to deal with and made purchasing our first home and smooth and straightforward process, especially being at the beginning of a lockdown. Simons approachable nature and honesty were appreciated, giving us the confidence to make an offer and ultimately secure the property. He helped guide us through the process and clearly explained the terms of the contract and the title change that was currently underway. After exchanging contracts Simon made time for us to bring our close family through the property after hours which was greatly appreciated. He values and cares for both the vendor and purchaser, giving accurate figures from the first open as to the sale price.
