Simon was very easy to deal with and the Purchase went very smoothy, he was also helpful after the sale which is nice. I would generally recommend his services. Only 2 point that drag the score down a bit. He called a shared wall a shared gutter when going through the plans which might have changed the price I offered. He was also very hesitant to fix minor issues if there was a cost.
