Simon Paterson made the whole saga of selling a difficult house so easy for us. We sold after fifty years in the same house and needed to find out how selling a house works. Simon was straightforwards about what we could expect for the house and selling the house in about a month was proven correct. He knew all the answers to all the (silly) questions we asked and in the end made to whole selling issue very easy. Great knowledge of our Southern area but he would be just as good anywhere else in SA. We are very thankful to Simon and his company for the way they dealt with us through what was a difficult decision for us. Simon visited us in our retirement home to see if we had settled OK.
