Simon helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Agent

Simon was very positive, upfront and dedicated to helping us achieve a great result in under 4 weeks and with a quick settlement. His advice on the preparation for sale and the decision to use professional staging really made a difference to the first impressions and the marketing maximised the return on the small investment. Simon work really hard on getting multiple offers and negotiating with the potential buyers to exceed our expectations.
