Unprofessional, I will never make use of his services again or recommend him to anyone. He's got a poor reputation in the townhouse complex and I can see why. Does not take clients needs and circumstances into consideration and just barges ahead with whatever he got in his head.

Simon is an excellent communicator, will keep you informed throughout the whole process, makes it an easy sale.
