We were very selective in choosing the agent to sell our beloved property in Annandale. Simon went out of his way to meet our needs before the sale. During the sale process that included a cosmetic update of our house Simon reviewed his original sale price estimation upwards to reflect what he believed was a truer reflection of the market. We were not in Sydney when the property went onto the market but Simon arranged for the garden to be watered so it looked its best. Also they aired the home and put heaters on so potential purchasers viewed the house at its best.
