Simon helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest, Attentive, Realistic and just excellent!

Simon came highly recommended by a neighbour who bought & sold through him. We interviewed a number of agents before choosing Simon. He is relatable, extremely knowledgeable of the market, completely straight forward and provided us sound and honest advice. He and his team have integrity and did their utmost to facilitate the sale of our property. We received up to the minute feedback on all viewings, market sentiments from interested buyers, and material from realestate.com & domain.com. Simon gave us an accurate market appraisal of our property, and other comparable properties - accurately predicting sale prices. We have no hesitation in recommending Pilcher Residential to both vendors and purchasers.
