We chose Simon from his fantastic rate my agent scores and given the presence that his agency has in Bentleigh. Unfortunately we were left disappointed by the result he achieved-well below expectations. Simon advised buyers that we were anticipating interest in the high 900,000's and in doing so many potential buyers were turned off and didn't attend the auction. After starting the auction at 850,000 we had no bids. The property sold reluctantly for low 900,000 after auction to a couple who were not expecting to buy it on the day. Although real estate is unpredictable, we feel that the way the campaign process was handled, in particular not returning phone calls to prospective buyers days from auction and over quoting the asking price (our reserve was 950,000) attributed to the result. Hopefully you have more success with Simon than we did.
