My wife and I met Simon in late August after seeing on site advertisement. We found Simon was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the unit we wanted. He showed us the property in a friendly manner and relaxed environment despite the property work was still on-going and yet to be completed. There was no high pressure sale technique from him despite there were quite a number of units still available for sale. After moving in the apartment in mid November we were unsure how to operate electric induction cooking and Simon showed us the easiest way to do it. The whole procedure was made so much easier, particularly as I chose our initial conveyancing company, which ended up being a disappointment and, after costing $500, really did nothing but make us more confused. Simon provided us with a much more reliable conveyancer, who made me feel at ease, as finally I was working with a proficient organisation, who did a fantastic job - we didn't have to "lift a finger". Although the settlement date was in January, I still felt comfortable contacting Simon for assistance with a query in April regarding the structure of the building. As mentioned above, Simon is not only an expert in his field, he made us feel as if we were dealing with a friend. A truly positive, tremendously lovely person, who makes you feel relaxed and confident in the knowledge that you have made the right choice.

Simon was very helpful during the entire process. While working for the vendor, Simon still ensured that he provided adequate information and helped both the vendor and the purchaser have realistic expectations of the negotiations and market in general. I will work with Simon again in the future if I enter the property market again. Highly recommend.
