I worked with Simon and the Scholtens team to manage (and eventually sell) my first investment property. As someone who was fairly new to real estate, Scholtens made everything easy to understand and they were more than happy to answer any and all questions that I had. When other people were complaining about issues they were having with their own agents and property managers, I could honestly never relate! It was obvious he and my property manager cared a lot about their job and clients. Simon was also very realistic in his market advice. Other agents tended to exaggerate their offers, but Simon was straightforward and always gave me his honest opinion. I would be more than happy to work with them again in the future!
