This is was the second time we had sold a property with Simon Shrimpton. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We'd lived at Como St for many years and were rather dreading the business of selling, but it was easy and even surprisingly enjoyable. The process of preparing the house for sale, including repairs, styling, advertising etc, was pretty much organised for us. We even had an unexpected hospitalisation event in the middle of the preparation for sale, which was seamlessly accommodated and didn't seem to cause much of a propblem. Simon devised and ran an original and very sophisticated marketing campaign for my home, based on his knowledge of and sensitivity to the local market. Simon and his team were incredibly responsive and attentive to me throughout the campaign, and deferred to me as the 'expert' on my own home when it came to choosing images or features to highlight. I felt sure I was in good hands from the beginning and I was. My lovely home sold over reserve at auction, and I know the new owners might never have found their way to what will be a wonderful fit for them without the kind of campaign Simon ran. I was very impressed, but more importantly, very relaxed throughout the campaign.

The team of Danielle and Simon together works great. Danielle has all the internal information / adds- times / web sites etc very well covered and this let's Simon spend his time on the rest. This is the fourth house I have sold over the past 20 years in Melbourne and the most difficult one by far. Simon and Danielle were their the whole way and it made the journey that much more enjoyable (vs what it could've been) I have put Simon and Danielle's name forward to two friends looking in the Kew area already.
