We purchased a property in which Tanner Real Estate represented. We searched for property for many months and met many different agents and companies throughout this. We generally found agents slow in responsiveness or even non-responsive, sometimes even when we were trying to contact to put offers in. Simon Tanner and Tanner Real Estate, quickly responded to any and all calls and messages, were helpful when we had any queries and even organised special viewings and appointments prior to settlement. We feel that if we were sellers, we would appreciate this greatly as any and all potential buyers would be communicated with and assisted. This, in our opinion, would only aid in keeping as many potential buyers interested as possible, which is the ultimate goal in getting the right buyer for the right amount. It's with this consistent level of communication and service that would certainly make us utilize Tanner Real Estate if we were to sell. We would highly recommend.
Our property was not an easy proposition to sell from an agent's point of view, but Simon and his team easily overcame the difficulties with minimal fuss and maximum speed and achieved an excellent result for us.
