We first met Simon and his associate, Kylie Bond, when he was marketing homes in the Maroochydore sector. We believed they would make a great team to sell our house. Simon’s explanation of the marketing process was our first step. He was always available to us, day and night (and was so quick to get documents to us during negotiation!). Simon was unavailable the weekend that our house finally went under contract, but he arranged for Kylie to show the home to prospective buyers while he was absent. This reinforced our initial view that Simon and his team were a very professional group. We were delighted with the price we obtained for our home and throughout the process Simon and his team were kind and helpful. Simon always kept in touch and he really took care of us well with recommendations, inspections, negotiations, closing the sale, and post-sale details. What can I say, Simon has been fantastic in both selling our home and helping in the purchase of our new home.
