Ours was a complicated deal from our side and Simon was so patient, integral and supportive throughout the much longer than it should have been process! He honoured every request, helped wherever he could and we love to run into to him downtown, especially at the cafe across the road from his office - as he catches a quick morning tea takeaway from his wife's cafe and we have our weekly breakfast 'downtown'!
