Simon showed my wife Deb and myself through two other properties until we discovered the acreage, we ended up purchasing. When we saw that Simon had the listing we contacted him immediately. He always made himself available and took any questions that we had seriously, getting back to us quickly with sufficient information to satisfy us. We had some requests that were outside of the norm and Simon did everything that he possibly could without jeopardising his responsibilities to the vendor to find a reasonable compromise.
