I was referred to Simon via a contact, and upon meeting Simon, felt that he was approachable and conducted himself in a very professional and friendly matter. He works with the client to maximise the potential of the sale. He listens carefully and tailors a solution to meet client needs. As part of the process we both agreed that the property needed to be improved for sale (such as carpets, painting and gardening).
