As Sellers we were probably 9/10 as our degree of difficulty as we did not always agree with each other ! Simon had to manage this and he was successful . A key event happened during our renovation when he suggested changing the bedroom layout and removing a wall - the builder wasn’t convinced but it was a great suggestion and we believe helped us sell the property .
