Terrible experience 0 stars if I could.

Simon lied multiple times to us and seller. Had a terrible time and cost us thousands in the process. House was advertised with essential amenities like access to town water, sewerage and other items that were NOT in place. Only an unusable water tank sat on the property. Went radio silent when contacted to highlight this - lawyers involved and we got a big fat excuse to blame the sellers. Bit embarrassing that he’s a part of the white family if he treats clients like this. Hope he enjoyed his pay check!

Simon is an experienced person in his field, with excellent skills.

Simon has plenty of local knowledge in real estate. He is a great communicator & willing to work with you on the sake of your property. Would not hesitate to highly recommend his services.
