I had met Simon on a number of occasions at different open for inspections. The houses were lovely but not right for us. Simon asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for and called out of the blue with a house that was yet to be marketed. He gave us the opportunity to view the house prior to being advertised and it was perfect for us. The owner was prepared to sell before auction so we were able to finalise the sale on the same day and were very happy with the price we paid feeling it was reasonable and fair. During our settlement period he was available to answer questions and recommended some trades people for some work we wanted to do to the house. Nothing was too much trouble.
