The property that I had for sale had been a rental for 6 years. In a difficult market and a challenging property to sell Simon was able to get the desired outcome. The reticulation pop ups down the side of the house were not working as they had been capped, and neither was one of the video security monitors, as neither were connected. The expectation when you see something in a house is that it will work. Only at pre settlement inspection is it revealed they don’t, and then one is told that because they are not connected, they cannot be expected to work ! Even though all plumbing and electrical is to be working as part of the sale contract.

From the beginning, Simon gave honest and valuable advice. He did not make false promises. He behaved in a professional and pleasant manner, and kept us updated. The market was bad but he sold in a short time, and we were very happy with the price he obtained. He is the best Mandurah agent.
