Simon Yang was unprofessional, pushy and consistently over promised and under delivered. Slow to answer, didn't answer questions directly and was dismissive and unhelpful once the holding deposit was through. Upon final inspection on settlement, we were allocated 30mins but were rushed through it (15mins in), with Simon even suggesting it was a waste of his time and that he had "expensive hours".
