Showed a unique precision at every step of the way. Executed our campaign with flair and used our own personal touch to legitimately augment the appeal of the property and the area. This is such a refreshing approach in the world of real estate. This is the second time Simone has sold a house for us and hands down exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
I would without a doubt highly recommend Simone if you are selling your property. What is unique about Simone is her integrity and genuine care factor for the people she works with. She has the experience, knowledge and skills to get the best results for her clients, but leads with warmth, honesty and transparency. We expected selling our home to be a stressful process, but Simone made it easy.
Simone was professional and a pleasure to deal with at every stage of the process. Her communication and responsiveness was second to none. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a new home in the inner west.
I found Simone to be extremely professional and personable to deal with. She provided great assistance through each step in the process. She has a really good understanding of the market in the Inner West and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
Simone is an expert in the Leichhardt market and knows what she's doing when it comes to selling. Simone organised repairs to the house, negotiate access with the tenants and navigated a number of challenges, going over and above to get the job done - which was a great value add to me selling from interstate. And now post sale, she's still working with me to wrap up loose ends. She kept me informed all the way through the process and was always available when I reached out - even on her holidays. Simone is very straight up and transparent in her approach and was the consummate professional in all of our dealings. Highly recommended!
Simone did a terrific job marketing my unit, and helped manage a difficult sale. She and Joseph went above and beyond to secure the sale and help walk me through the entire process.
We were very impressed with belle and we loved our agent Simone. She was expreamly professional and her personalised service and support through the process made the selling of the family home really easy. We highly recommend Simone to anyone looking for a great agent.
Simone Azzi is an outstanding agent and represents the total package. She is definitely the "go to" agent if you want the best. Her marketing and communication skills are first class. Simone and her team took control of the project, attended to every detail, guided me throughout the process and sold my property. She was able to do this in a short 3 week period, during the pandemic and achieved the result I expected. Simone's attention to detail as well as her interaction with prospective buyers is excellent. I am delighted with every aspect of the sale process which was expertly handled by Simone and her team. I have no hesitation to recommend Simone to anyone wishing to sell their property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Simone. I am extremely grateful.
Simone's guidance on every aspect of our sale was outstanding. We were thrilled with how easy she made preparing the property for sale (ie. she managed every single aspect), how it was presented and marketed, and ultimately the result - which was beyond our hopes. We would not have done a thing differently. Would absolutely recommend anyone engages Simone as your agent if you want as exceptional a sales experience & result as possible.
Simone was great at my first inspection of the property, providing a high level of detail to questions asked, a warm and easy demeanor, very professional and someone I had confidence in throughout the whole process. This was my first property sale and Joseph and Simone made it all very easy and were always accessible for questions. If you are after a professional, competent and accommodating agent I'd highly recommend Simone.
Simone was a lovely agent to deal with. She was straight forward and transparent when I was purchasing my property. She was easily contactable and always returned communication.
Simone and Joseph were a pleasure to deal with. They were always professional, helpful and responsive. They made the home buying process smooth, went out of their way to make sure the home was well presented and get answers to questions we had for the vendor. Both Simone and Joseph are friendly, easy to speak with and made the experience enjoyable.
