Simone was very helpful and assisted us with purchasing our home. She was easily contactable and responded to queries quickly. Simone and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the area and I would definitely consider engaging here for future dealings in this area. Thanks!
Simone is the best agent I have sold a property through. From the outset her attention to detail from the photos to the video you knew that you are in professional hands. Simone is very personable and her assistance and advice in making the right decision is spot on. She is hard working and understands the importance of how hard people from both sides of transaction have worked to get to this position and is very respectful of this. We look forward to working with Simone in the near future. Thank you so much Simone.
We found Simone to be very honest, knowledgeable, professional and had great negotiation skills! It was not easy for my husband or myself as we were not able to be around during the sale process. Simone was able to coordinate all repairs, landscaping and styling for us that were necessary pre sale. All in all it was a relatively stress free sale and we ended up with a sale beyond our expectations. Thank you Simone!
We found Simone to be extremely professional, helpful and readily available throughout the entire process of selling our home. Simone was always happy to take that extra step in assisting us, and ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible, even with a newborn at home. Simone was easy to get a hold of (even after hours), honest and provided solutions for any issues that arose. Thanks Simone - it was a pleasure working with you !
Simone was the ideal agent to sell our investment home. She was knowledgeable and informative on the many aspects of the market, and provided reliable well founded guidance to us. Her honesty and integrity shine through, and I bear testimony to her high skills in presentation and negotiation. We attribute our high selling price and overall satisfaction entirely to her.
Selling your home can be very stressful but Simone made it easy. She was very responsive, always available to answer queries or calm nerves and displayed a calm assurance and expertise. Thank you Simone. You’re a gem!
It sold, we are happy, the market was tougher than we expected but Simone was determined to get us a result. Thanks Simone
Simone's knowledge of the market and the property were faultless. She provided terrific support throughout the buying process (which can be daunting even for an experienced purchaser), and regularly went the extra mile to help. There was never any pressure applied at any stage. We built a solid rapport and I felt that I could trust and rely upon Simone. I am very happy with my purchase.
Thanks Simone, your advice, market knowledge, & negotiation skills were critical in getting us a result above our expectations. We will continue to recommend you well into the future. Thanks again
Selling our property was an emotional decision for us and we wanted to ensure we had the best agent representing our property.
