Simone was very helpful during the process of buying my property. Simone answered enquiries in a timely manner with accurate information.

Simone made the sale process very easy from prep to sale, I was kept updated throughout and felt supported by the team.

Simone is a very safe pair of hands. She is knowledgable, honest and always ready to help with the inevitable last minute freaks outs associated with such a significant sale or purchase. She works hard for the vendor but is fair and trustworthy. I have known Simone for about 6 years and would not hesitate to recommend her and her team.

Simone was very helpful in helping finalise the purchase of our first home. She was open and honest throughout the process, was quick in coming back with feedback on offers made and very diligent at every step. I would recommend Simone to anyone in the market looking to sell or buy a home.

Simone was excellent at keeping us updated with the progress of our sale, and her ability to manage and negotiate with potential buys got us the best price possible for our property.

We found dealing with Simone very easy and she was helpful, most of our dealings were with her associate Michael Hallit who was superb, but the little dealings we had simone were very professional and helpful.

We have been nothing but impressed with our entire dealing with Simone and Belle Property. From our very first contact to our fantastic auction result, Simone has been friendly, professional, smart and just great to deal with. In fact, everyone we've met – from the handyman, painter, and electrician to the auctioneer (and of course the other great Belle agents Michael and Genevieve) have been just excellent. From day one we've felt that we were in safe hands. Despite the usual pre-auction jitters we felt confident and at ease the entire month of sale. Simone kept us informed of every development and her market knowledge is spot on. We would recommend Simone and Belle to anybody looking for a first-class agent to sell their property. Actually, we first met Simone as purchasers of another property and were so impressed that we asked her to sell ours, too!

Simone and team did a great job with our sale - very helpful, super-efficient, and a great outcome. Thank you!

I was in the position of having to make multiple trips to Sydney to inspect properties and attend several auctions in quick succession, and had just missed out on two properties in recent time. I had expressed an interest in the property Simone was selling and had received a draft contract, but had not gone further with an interest in the property because other auctions were scheduled to occur prior. Simone left a message for me suggesting I contact her regarding my potential interest in the property, and this was the start of a chain of events that rapidly led to a successful pre-auction purchase, regards Paul Burt

All credit to Michael Hallit who was very professional to deal with and very approachable. He was great to communicate with and his knowledge of the market is second to none. The price guides they provided were not far from reality compared to other agents.

Simone did an excellent job in selling our property in Stanmore. She was professional in manner, gave continued feedback throughout the campaign and also brought the property to an exceptional level of presentation for the sale campaign. She drove the campaign from start to finish and we could not have had a better agent or result. The best way to sum it up, was that she treated the property and campaign as if it were her own property. We would recommend Simone to anyone looking to sell in the inner-west market.
