We dealt with a lot of administrative hurdles with our bank but we were grateful to have worked with Simone throughout this process who was patient and kind the entire time. Her communication was clear, friendly & completely professional. It took us about six month of property hunting til we found our home and in that time we encountered many, many real estate agents but Simone stood out as down to earth and easy to deal with.
