Simone helped the reviewer sell this property

Trust matters. Simone delivers.

Simone is truly a dream to work with. She’s incredibly warm and personable, but also gets straight to the point and will hustle harder than any other agent. What really sets her apart is her ability to adapt in a constantly changing market, she doesn’t rely on a formula. She has an incredible instinct for understanding buyer sentiment and knowing when it’s time to change strategy. She also understands just how important presentation is. Every open home is meticulously executed, and she goes above and beyond to ensure the property is always presented at its absolute best. We listed our house with another agent earlier in the year and quickly realised we'd made the wrong choice. When it comes to selling your home, trust in your agent is invaluable. Simone is someone we trust completely, and she consistently delivers outstanding results. Simone is the best agent in the Inner West, if not Sydney, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
