Exceptional - exceeded all my expectations

She provided expert advice regarding necessary works that would add value to the property, which were undertaken in a timely and cost effective manner (using her extensive contacts). She took away all the stress and pressure away from me, which I greatly appreciated. The marketing strategy and presentation of my home was first class and we had immediate offers after the first open for inspection. My home was sold in less than a week for the price I was seeking. Simone is an extremely competent and capable agent - she is professional, well-presented and has excellent communication skills. She supported me throughout the entire sales process, from when I was contemplating the sale of my property to signing the contract (and everything in between).
