Misscomminucation after open house - all info ran through other agent - Ralph.
We didn't have much to do at all with Simone after our initial viewing at the 1st open house. Every other step of the way was done via other Belle agent Ralph, most of which was via SMS/email. I did miss some calls from the Belle office that I didnt identify due to not saving the number, however I dont think they took as much of an opportunity as possible to get our feedback on property, price point or interest in the property. Belle team even sent through the wrong documents at onestage during the contract settlement that were cleary meant for other clients. Everything got done and the final flurry of communication to successfully purchase the property was good, but not a perfect experience.

Thanks so much for your feedback Nicholas and taking the time to speak with me today. All noted and taken on board. Post meeting you at the open home inspection, Ralph on my team conducted the 2 additional private appointments with you and as shared with you today, (screenshots from our system) we did attempt to make contact on 4 occasions on the phone to follow up however these weren't identified or calls returned. With regards to sending through the wrong documents, I wasn't privy to this information and I will follow up internally. I am sorry that it wasn't the perfect experience and I will be looking into how this can be rectified. I am however glad that we were able to assist you in buying the perfect home and wish you and your family many years and beautiful memories in Starling Street. Sincerely, Simone
