Unfortunately, due to no fault of Simone’s, the buyers finance fell through. The contract was terminated within hours, the house on the market again late at night & Simone presented me with a better offer the next morning. It was obviously meant to be.. It might have been ‘her job’, but to me & my family, it meant the world. Selling properties is an extremely emotional process at the best of times.
