I rang Simone on the recommendation of a friend who had heard good things about her. From the moment she arrived, she made suggestions on presentation which impressed me. I hadn't really noted most of the little issues she raised, but immediately recognised that she was absolutely correct in her comments. Most of the changes were small and inexpensive - apart from 'touching up' the paint which took on a life of it's own! We fixed up the garden and lawn, resurrected a stepping stone path (it had sunk) and put new pebbles down as well. Simone discussed 'dressing' the house as it was empty, and recommended someone who would do a good job. Simone was always there and rang us after every open with a report. The property looked great, She conducted a fine auction, and we got $170,000 over our reserve. I read somewhere else that only people who are happy write the reviews. Yep, damned straight, I'm happy!
