Excellent service through Simone

When I noticed the advertisement for the property I contacted Simone who I had met though the Bayside Business Network I was initially advertised that I couldn't see through the property due to the Covid 19 rules - however when the rules were relaxed we agreed to meet up for an inspection. Simone brought one of her coleagues Joe and they showed me thorugh the property and also another property in the complex. They were very thorough an thoughtful and had ready ansswers to my questions. At the end of the viewing I asked if I could put in an offer - agreed and the offer was taken to the owner who agreed to the sale on 60 days (2 Dec) In summary the whole experience was great and I would recommend Simone and the work that she achieved. We were signed off at the bank at the end of the day including the 10% deposit.
