I first met Simone Chin at a Hodges property opening in Brighton. She was friendly, professional & interested to know what sort of property I was looking for, my budget, and background details. At that stage, I had been looking for a new home for several months & had informed many agents of these same details, & of course the agency that sold my previous home was aware of my requirements. I was not getting much feedback. However, when I was unsuccessful at this Hodges auction, Simone Chin consistently remained in contact & kept me well informed as to what was coming on market that may suit my family. It was she that first informed me of the property that I eventually purchased & kept me up to date with relevant information & documentation during the buying process.
