No part of the agreement has been kept. The sale does not close to the 5th of April. So much for a quick process. The buyer has pushed back asking questions that appear really time wasting. Now of course the curbing is supposed to be going ahead and we the seller has to pay. The buyer get the value add if this preceeds. So to sum up you and i agreed the house to be sold well under lowest value recommended by you on the condition it be a quick sale. None of this has been achieved. Communication from yourself has been poor at best.
