Right from the start Simone took control and after a previous negative experience with another agent demonstrated actual know how and relationship building. No cut and paste, she researched, did not guess, was confident and from the first proposal I could see the positives about to transpire. House was not an easy sale, and her recommendations for styling made the difference. Every other agent just wanted to churn.
