She has great communication skills and wants to know how you see the sale of your home yourself. She will work with your ideas while suggesting what may just add the icing to the cake, or if need be, put her own very experienced recommendations to you. Confidence and trust is a big one for me, and Simone's work ethic is exceptional in helping you to sell your home.
