As most people, I had a couple of real estate agents come by to give me an appraisal on my home before I put it on the market. In my opinion, you can’t compare apples with pears. Just because the house is in a street with similar block sizes, doesn’t mean they’re all the same price. This depends on house size, layout, fixtures and upgrades from the basics.
