We had a long drawn out search over 3yrs to buy this house. During the 2020 onwards property boom agents everywhere were lazy and using all kinds of underhanded games and tactics to sell properties. I could write a book on all the crazy stuff that was done to us over that period. Then we met Simone and her team, they were lovely and friendly and very welcoming when we rolled up to our first open home with them. Although it wasnt right for us they were happy to spend quite a bit of time giving us information about the area and what else was around. We repeated this process multiple times over a few months each time my wife and I would walk away and say the same things about the Moneybags team, How Nice and Freindly they are how differently they handled themselves from other agents.. We found ourselves getting excited when we saw that Simone had a new listing, until this property came up. We had 2-3 viewings over the period of a week or so (never a problem) and had a simple but strong contract negotiation where Simone worked hard for the Vendor to get the best price without doing anything that made me feel uncomfortable.
