Simone recently sold our apartment in Artarmon - she was outstanding to work with and I highly recommend her. I met Simone in 2021 when I attended some of her open homes. She had the perfect balance of showcasing the properties without pressuring buyers and turning them off. Seeing how she presented at those open homes is why we engaged her. Over a 1+ year period Simone was generous with her time from updating us on the market, to helping us decide on renovations that would benefit the sale of the property. Once the property was on the market, Simone really exceeded our expectations. Simone has a strong work ethic and is incredibly hard working. She was very responsive to us and communicated with us regularly regarding new developments, kept calm when unexpected issues arose, and was always approachable. She left no stone unturned to ensure we could achieve the best price possible. We had complete trust in Simone which made the process stressfree.
