Firstly Simone is a very likable person displaying above average communication skills. Our questions were dealt with very professionally with appropriate and knowledgeable answers. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured, this was amply demonstrated by our inspection which occurred on the day of our initial enquiry in the late afternoon. The property was at least 1 hour travel for Simone and the inspection took over an hour meaning that this one inspection occupied Simone for over 3 hours possibly 4. During the negotiations that followed this inspection, Simone was either available immediately or returned our calls extremely quickly. It made no difference how dumb or hard our questions were Simone dealt with them in a way that provided the right about amount of information and allowed us to move forward with confidence. The decision and process to purchase the property was all made very easy with Simone as the agent, we would have no hesitation in recommending Simone to any potential persons looking to sell or buy real estate.
