As first home buyers, we went into the process not really knowing what we were doing, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through it all. Simone was incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and responsive. She would always get back to us straight away, no matter what questions we had, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we never felt confused or overwhelmed.
